Its fully balanced, dual-mono design uses four independent circuits per channel to minimise noise and preserve channel separation. Esoteric’s proprietary IDM-01 amplifier modules provide an extremely short signal path, helping the C1X Solo reproduce music with remarkable clarity, speed and natural texture.
At the heart of the preamplifier is Esoteric’s Ultra Fidelity Attenuator System. Its proprietary UFA-1792 module provides exceptionally precise volume adjustment across 1,120 steps, with increments as fine as 0.1dB. This allows smooth, accurate control while preserving dynamic range, fine detail and tonal integrity at every listening level.
The output stage features Esoteric-HCLD high-current line-driver technology, capable of an exceptionally fast 2,000V/μs slew rate.
