Returning Equipment to PJ HiFi

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase, but if an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us for advice and help in the first instance.

If you need to return a product purchased from PJ HiFi then you have 14 calendar days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.

We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to give an accurate delivery date.

Additional Clause – Special Order Items

Certain products may be supplied as special orders. These are items that we do not typically hold in stock and are ordered specifically to fulfil a customer’s request.

Unless the product is made to your specific requirements or personalised, your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 still apply.

However, where a special order is cancelled or returned, PJ Hi-Fi reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee to cover costs incurred in sourcing the item. Any such charges will be communicated in advance and form part of our Terms & Conditions at the point of sale.
