Designed from the outset around Linn’s revolutionary Pistonik drive unit technology, the 343 challenges expectations of what a compact loudspeaker can achieve.

Innovative Pistonik Bass Technology

At the heart of the Linn 343 is the company’s groundbreaking Pistonik drive unit technology.

A down-firing 220mm (8-inch) aluminium bass driver combines with Linn’s innovative Power DAC technology to deliver exceptional low-frequency performance.

The result is bass with remarkable depth, texture and control, allowing the 343 to reproduce the weight and dynamics of music without requiring an imposing cabinet.

A further 190mm aluminium Pistonik driver handles upper-bass frequencies, ensuring a seamless transition into the midrange.

Together, these advanced drive units deliver powerful, articulate bass while maintaining the speed and precision essential for accurate music reproduction.

Exceptional Clarity and Imaging

The Linn 343 features a sophisticated driver array designed to reproduce music with outstanding accuracy.

A 19mm thin-ply woven carbon dome tweeter delivers delicate high-frequency detail, while a 64mm thin-ply woven carbon dome midrange driver provides exceptional vocal clarity and instrumental definition.

The all-new composite cabinet has been carefully engineered to support wide sound dispersion and precise stereo imaging.

This allows the 343 to create a convincing, three-dimensional soundstage, placing instruments and performers naturally within the listening environment.

Despite its relatively compact dimensions, the 343 delivers the scale, authority and composure expected from a reference loudspeaker.

Two Configurations to Suit Your System

Linn 343 Exakt Integrated

The Exakt Integrated version represents Linn’s fully integrated approach to loudspeaker design.

Featuring onboard amplification with Adaptive Bias Control, Organik DAC technology and Linn’s advanced Exakt digital crossover, this configuration provides a complete active loudspeaker solution.

Each element is engineered to work together, optimising the relationship between amplification, digital processing and the drive units.

The Exakt Integrated version also benefits from Linn’s Space Optimisation+ technology, allowing the loudspeaker’s performance to be carefully tailored to the listening environment.

Powered by Linn’s Utopik power supply technology, the 343 Exakt Integrated offers a sophisticated and exceptionally capable solution for compatible Linn Exakt systems.

Linn 343 Passive with Active Bass (PWAB)

For customers who prefer to use separate amplification, the Linn 343 Passive with Active Bass provides an alternative approach.

This configuration employs a three-way analogue passive crossover for the main driver array, allowing the loudspeaker to be driven by suitable external amplification.

The lower-bass system remains fully active, benefiting from the same Pistonik drive unit and Power DAC technology found in the Exakt Integrated version.

Powered by Linn’s Utopik technology, the active bass system delivers exceptional low-frequency control while allowing customers to retain their preferred amplification.

The PWAB version can also be integrated into an Exakt system using a compatible Exaktbox and six channels of amplification.

When partnered with a Linn DSM, the system can benefit from Linn’s Space Optimisation room correction technology.
